PDM App Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
Wisam Pty Ltd (ABN: 82 669 444 544), trading as Prince Software Engineering Institute ("PSEI Australia") ("we", "our", or "us"), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how the Personal Daily Manager ("PDM" or the "App") handles information.
Important: The PDM App stores all user data exclusively on your device. We do not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal data on our servers.
2. Information We Do NOT Collect
The PDM App is designed with privacy at its core:
- No telemetry or analytics — we do not track usage patterns, feature usage, or user behaviour.
- No crash reports or diagnostics — no error data is sent to third parties.
- No cloud storage or sync — your notes, tasks, reminders, audio recordings, photos, and calendar events remain on your device only.
- No advertising — the App contains no advertisements or advertising SDKs.
- No third-party data sharing — we do not sell, rent, trade, or share any user information with third parties.
3. Information Stored Locally on Your Device
The following data is stored locally on your device (Android or iOS) and may be accessible by your operating system or device manufacturer:
- Notes (text content) — stored in local SQLite database
- Tasks (titles, descriptions, due dates) — stored in local SQLite database
- Reminders (content, scheduled times) — stored in local SQLite database
- Audio recordings — stored locally on your device storage
- Photos/images — accessed from your device gallery or camera and stored locally
- Calendar events — imported/exported to/from your device's native calendar app via ICS files
4. Permissions Used by the App
The app requests specific permissions on each platform to enable its features. None of these permissions result in data being transmitted to third parties — all processing occurs locally on your device.

5. Data Security
All data stored by the PDM App resides in the app's private SQLite database, which is only accessible by the App itself on your device. The App does not implement any encryption at rest; if data security is critical to you, please use the export feature to create encrypted backups.
6. Children's Privacy
The PDM App is not designed for or directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child, we will delete it immediately.
7. Data Retention
Since all data is stored locally on your device, the duration of retention depends entirely on you. You may delete any or all data at any time through the App's settings. The Recycle Bin feature retains deleted items for 90 days before permanent deletion.
8. Your Rights
Under applicable privacy laws (including the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 and GDPR where applicable), you have the right to:
- Access your data (use the Export All Data feature within the App)
- Delete your data (use the Clear All Data feature or uninstall the App)
- Transfer your data (export as JSON or ICS files)
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date above and in the App's About section. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
